1976Robert Thibert makes mudguards in his apartment in Châteauguay.

1986Acquisition of the Mercier head office.

Establishment in Ontario
1987Establishment of the company in Ontario with the opening of a sales office.

Docteur du pare-brise
1989Founding of the "Docteur du Pare-Brise" banner with 53 franchisees in 2016.

Eastern Canada
1997Acquisition of the first warehouses in Ontario and the Maritimes, consolidating the company's dominant presence in Eastern Canada.

2000Establishment of the company in Western Canada with a first warehouse in Calgary and consolidation of its presence in Ontario with a new warehouse.

RTX WHEELS
2003Creation of the RTX Wheels brand, which is now a key element of the company's activities.

2008Construction of the company's main distribution center in Châteauguay.

2009Expansion of the company into the distribution of steel wheels and acquisition of the Napierville warehouse to meet the needs of this new division.
