MARCO PAQUETTE
Chief Operating Officer
Marco Paquette joined our team in January 2018, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in operations management and logistics. He graduated from HEC in 2008 with a degree in operations and logistics management, and subsequently completed an Executive MBA in business administration at the University of Sherbrooke in 2021.
Throughout his career, Marco spent 10 years with Uni-Sélect, where he served as Operations Director and was repeatedly recognized for his excellence. He received the Best Team Performance Award and the President's Award for his role as an ambassador for the company's values and vision. Mr. Paquette also served as National Logistics Director for The Master Group for 3 years before joining the Thibert team.
Marco is responsible for the company's entire operations, including sales, distribution, and logistics activities. He is renowned for his exemplary leadership, customer focus, high adaptability, and results-oriented approach.
MATHIEU GAGNON
Chief Financial and Information Technology Officer
Mr. Mathieu Gagnon has over fifteen years of experience in the business world. At Thibert, Mr. Gagnon is in charge of finance, information technology, business intelligence, and the company's major strategic projects. Before joining Thibert in 2017, Mr. Gagnon worked at several large companies such as General Electric (GE Capital) and Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). He spent over four years at Deloitte before joining Thibert, where he focused on auditing large financial institutions and ended his tenure in the SME Advisory Services team. Mr. Gagnon holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, in addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
MICHEL DANDURAND
Vice President, Business Relations
Mr. Michel Dandurand has been with Thibert since 1988. He started his career in purchasing and supply, and has developed his skills and expertise as the company has grown. He manages a team of over 15 people in purchasing, including transfers and supply. He is responsible for implementing the strategy and performance of new purchasing programs, cost reduction, supplier relations, and supply policies and procedures. He is also responsible for maintaining relationships with multiple distribution centres to ensure that objectives and priorities are in place and maintained to provide the best cost-effectiveness for the company.
MARTINE CAMPEAU
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Martine Campeau joined the Thibert team in September 2019. She has a Bachelor of Science in Administration and Management from the University of Montreal and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. She also has a certification in leadership and management skills from the Institute for Management Leadership of the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources management, communication and leadership, she was Regional Director, Human Resources for the Canadian insurer Groupe Economical, where she led a multidisciplinary team in human resources, IT support, corporate services, and translation. Before joining the team, she was a member of the executive committee of the insurer La Mutuelle des municipalités du Québec, where she managed the human resources and communications team.
