Christian Thibert

CHRISTIAN THIBERT
President

Mr. Christian Thibert took over the family business in April 2015. He came to the position with a strong knowledge of the company. Before his appointment, he held various positions allowing him to understand all the management aspects this challenge requires. Like his father, Christian fully shares the vision of the company founded in 1976, which is to become the distributor of choice for automotive accessories, RV accessories, trailer parts, and tools in North America. Today, the company is a leader in its field in Canada and has close to 500 employees across Canada and the United States.

Mathieu Gagnon

MATHIEU GAGNON
Vice President, Finance

Mr. Mathieu Gagnon has over ten years of experience in the business world. At Thibert, Mr. Gagnon is in charge of large-scale projects, such as the company's last three acquisitions, as well as the Business Intelligence team. Before joining Thibert in 2017, Mr. Gagnon worked for several large companies such as General Electric (GE Capital) and Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). He spent more than four years at Deloitte before joining Thibert, where he focused on the audit of large financial institutions and ended his career with the SME Advisory Services team. Mr. Gagnon has a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting and holds the title of Chartered Professional Accountant. 

Michel Dandurand

MICHEL DANDURAND
Vice President, Purchasing

Mr. Michel Dandurand has been with Thibert since 1988. He started his career in purchasing and supply, and has developed his skills and expertise as the company has grown. He manages a team of over 15 people in purchasing, including transfers and supply. He is responsible for implementing the strategy and performance of new purchasing programs, cost reduction, supplier relations, and supply policies and procedures. He is also responsible for maintaining relationships with multiple distribution centres to ensure that objectives and priorities are in place and maintained to provide the best cost-effectiveness for the company.

Marco Paquette

MARCO PAQUETTE
Vice President, Supply Chain and Information Technology

Mr. Marco Paquette joined the team in January 2018. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Paquette is a manager specialising in logistics and operations management. Mr. Paquette graduated from HEC in operations and logistics management in 2008. In 2021, he completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke. For more than ten years, he worked at Uni-Select as Operations Manager and received several awards and distinctions, including the Team Performance Award and the President's Award for his contribution as an ambassador to the company's vision and values. Mr. Paquette is responsible for all company operations, information technology, customer service, transportation, and logistics. He is known for his leadership, being client-orientated, ability to adapt, and being results-oriented. Mr. Paquette is actively involved in implementing the company's new vision and the continuous improvement of our practices.

Martine Campeau

MARTINE CAMPEAU
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Martine Campeau joined the Thibert team in September 2019. She has a Bachelor of Science in Administration and Management from the University of Montreal and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. She also has a certification in leadership and management skills from the Institute for Management Leadership of the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources management, communication and leadership, she was Regional Director, Human Resources for the Canadian insurer Groupe Economical, where she led a multidisciplinary team in human resources, IT support, corporate services, and translation. Before joining the team, she was a member of the executive committee of the insurer La Mutuelle des municipalités du Québec, where she managed the human resources and communications team.
